SHIPPING
What shipment methods do you offer?
We try and keep it as cheap as possible, we offer postal service, express post and courier services.
How is freight worked out?
Freight costs are worked out after you have selected your items in the shopping cart, it is based on weight.
There is no option for post?
As freight is based on weight, post gets more expensive then courier costs so the larger the shipment, the option are reduced to give you the best service.
PAYMENTS
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and MasterCard.
When will I be charged?
Your credit card will be charged upon place the order. Most orders ship within two days business of receiving your order.
What happens if a items becomes unavailable after order and payment?
The credit card used to make the purchase will get a refund on the product or products that were not supplied before shipping.
What is a CVC code?
A card verification code is an added safeguard for your credit card purchases. The verification code is 3 digits and appears on the back of your card near the signature panel. Is your site secure? RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
How do I return an item?
Refunds on items must be made within 21 days from the date of purchase. Sadly, we don't offer a free returns service. View our return policy for instructions.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return the unwanted product for a full refund and place a new order for the items you would like.
Can I return an item that I have used?
Sorry, only products in new and unused condition will be accepted for returns. View return policy.
How do I submit a warranty claim?
All products are covered under our standard warranty policy as per Australian Law. To submit a warranty claim, please contact shop@frogleysoffshore.com.au and advise of the issue with your item.

How do I know what size I should buy?
There is a size chart available here. The size charts are only a guide but can give you a better idea of what size you might be.
